Reset your password

If you've forgotten your password, open the sign-in page and choose Forgot your password?. Enter the email address on your account, then choose Send reset link.

Your account uses the same password here and on SubLearn. Resetting it here also changes it on SubLearn.

Choose a new password

Open the link in the reset email. Enter a new password of at least 8 characters, repeat it in the confirmation field and choose Change password. You can then sign in with that password.

Each link works once and expires after 60 minutes. If a link no longer works, request another one and open the newest email.

If the email doesn't arrive

Check your spam or junk folder and the email address you entered. The request page shows the same confirmation whether or not that address has an account.

Wait at least a minute before requesting another link. A second request for the same address within that minute does not send another email.

If you still can't sign in, contact us about your account. Include the email address on the account. Never send your password or reset link.
