If you suspect an unfamiliar sign-in
Updated 10 October 2026
Reset your password and contact support if you think someone else is using your account.
If you think someone else is using your account, reset your password. Then check the contact options on the contact page and tell support what you noticed.
Check your own recent use
Think about whether you recently signed in on your phone or another computer. If your account email or saved information has changed without your knowledge, note when you noticed it.
Tell support if unfamiliar activity continues. A password change alone does not confirm that access has stopped in every browser.
Check the shared account
MicroJapanese and SubLearn use the same sign-in account. Resetting your password changes it on SubLearn too. If you notice changes on another site as well, include that site's name when you contact support.
When you finish on a shared computer
Choose Sign out. Closing a tab or browser alone does not confirm that you have signed out. Do not save your password on a shared computer.
What to tell support
Include your account email, when you noticed the unfamiliar activity and what you checked. Never send passwords or confirmation codes. Tell us if you have also lost access to the registered inbox.
